Sign Up Process
Setting up the LastPass on your desktop is rather easy and simple. Still, there is a twist to the story, and it solely depends on your choice of browsers.
If you are regularly using just one browser, then it is just necessary to download an extension for it and you will be ready to go. However, if you are keener on using several browsers, it is a better idea to download the installation file from the website and run it. It will place the extensions to all browsers, with a few exceptions.
In case you are using Microsoft Edge or Mac, then you will have to download the extensions for these two options in the Microsoft Store or the App Store respectively.
Once you have identified the method you wish to pursue, the rest of the setup process is quite easily manageable. You need to create an account and choose your plan, and you are ready to go. Each password that you use once will be saved for good, and you won’t have to enter it ever again. The only one you need to remember is the master password for the LastPass. Of course, even if you manage to forget it, there are a few convenient recovery options at your disposal.
Membership Plans
LastPass comes with several convenient membership plans. A single premium user can obtain a full service at as low as $2 a month billed annually. There is also a Family Plan that is only $4 a month billed annually and it allows 6 users!
Finally, there are business-oriented plans as well, since the Last Pass has over 30 thousand business users across the globe as well.
These plans include “Team” and “Enterprise” solutions priced at $2.42 and $4 per user per month respectively. While the Team Plan allows simpler operation, the Enterprise Plan allows managing passwords at the IT level.
No matter what your needs might be, you will be able to find the plan that fits your needs perfectly.
